Job Summary:The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Advise senior management on office-related matters.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Docs.
- Health care plan.
