We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SaskIT Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Advise senior management on office-related matters.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Docs.
