Corporate Sales Director

Total Construction Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Regional Sales Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
- Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to achieve sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
