We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales principles, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in an office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team-oriented environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
