Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess sales team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to launch new product lines and expand existing ones, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Organizational Policies: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Sales Operations: Organize and manage regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in an office environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, and a team player.
