Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review sales team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish Organizational Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Organize Regional and Divisional Sales Operations: Coordinate sales activities across regions and divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Office building.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, and team player.
