About the Role:
The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is a key member of the Cielo Talent team, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the talent acquisition process. This role involves a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process, ensuring timely and effective screening of candidates.
- Develop interview schedules to evaluate qualified candidates and update candidate statues in recruitment systems.
- Timely review of applicants, scheduling complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.
- Execute the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters and presenting offers to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate background, medical, and reference checking processes, as well as arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.
- Administratively manage posting of roles to candidate generation channels and ensure recruitment team is updated on progress.
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting, as well as other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred.
- Experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months preferred.
- Experience in a business or office environment, with customer service or administration skills.
- Must be fluent in French.
- Strong recruitment administration skill-set and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work, with a desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients.
Language Requirements:
English and French.
