Job Title: Transitional Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transitional Support Professional to join our team at Karis Disability Services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who experience developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance to help them live fully in their communities.

About the Role:
  • Assist individuals with daily life activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Provide clinical interventions and reports as required, liaising with clinical professionals and collecting data to inform treatment plans.
  • Support individuals in developing skills for growth and development, recognizing their rights and autonomy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Developmental Services.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Education in Developmental Service Worker, Child and Youth Care Diploma, or a related Human Services field.
