Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating patient care and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and admission, discharge, and transfer processes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote quality care and patient satisfaction
- Assist in establishing and maintaining standards of patient care
- Provide support to patients and families in a compassionate and empathetic manner
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Five years recent acute care experience with one year's supervisory experience or the equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
