  • Stay up-to-date on client preferences and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a clienteling culture and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones (diploma/accredited certification a plus).
  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
