The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of implementing sustainable improvements. Your expertise will enable you to develop and lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and prioritize projects accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Maintain and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, or operations management).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and process mapping).
