Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will oversee equipment and room integration/modification and improvement projects assigned to you for production processes, focusing on enhancing production efficiency and minimizing quality and EHS compliance risks. You will closely monitor the quality, timelines, and budget of the projects assigned to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine project feasibility and prepare studies
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers
- In conjunction with production, engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and contractors, plan projects to minimize production impact
- Follow up on construction works: inspection, timelines, meetings, communications
- Ensure project closures: budgets, documentation, etc.
- Analyze production equipment use, manpower, and machine use using Lean/Sixsigma tools to minimize waste and improve efficiencies
- Assume a leadership role as a Project Manager
- Participate in continuous improvement committees
- Fulfill all tasks requested by your manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capable of managing under pressure and adapting to change
- Bilingual (French and English) with ability to communicate verbally in French. The position also requires communication in English with external suppliers.
- Possesses strong communication and prioritization skills
- Favors teamwork and exchange
- Proficient in IT tools: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, Visio
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management
- Familiarity with Aseptic processes
