Job Description

For nearly 30 years, our teams have specialized in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications products, both for individuals and businesses. Our telecommunications technicians and specialists are distinguished by the quality of their interventions and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures:
    • Prepare payroll reports, statistics, and indicators for various needs
    • Ensure employee files are up-to-date and compliant
    • Foster teamwork and encourage professional collaboration within the team
    • Support the company's vision, values, and orientations within the team
    • Develop innovative and proactive work methods and processes to ensure team success and performance
    • Write employment confirmations and other documents for employees
    • Keep various databases up-to-date
    • Ensure effective document management
    • Coordinate the probationary period evaluation process (after approximately 2 months)
    • Be available to answer employee questions and ensure a positive work environment
  • Training and Development:
    • Enter data
    • Research new training opportunities
    • Coordinate certain training sessions
    • Track attendance lists with managers
  • Health and Safety at Work:
    • Assist in designing and disseminating information sessions (SST capsules)
    • Help organize various prevention activities
    • Participate in corporate prevention programs
    • Track employees on leave or light work
  • Social Activities:
    • Organize corporate activities
    • Stay informed about labor market trends and HR innovations
  • Additional Tasks:
Requirements
  • Degree in Administrative Techniques or relevant field
  • Excellent French language skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Excellent written and spoken French, English (an asset)
