We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select candidates for various positions within the company
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
