Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting top talent to fill various positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
- Collect and screen applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and recruit graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Support newcomers and refugees by recruiting and mentoring them, and helping them with foreign credential recognition.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language of work.
