Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and services to employees, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide employee assistance and counselling services
- Collect and screen job applicants
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, supporting them with foreign credential recognition, and offering mentorship programs that pair them with experienced employees.

Hours: 35 hours per week
