Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and services to employees, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide employee assistance and counselling services to support the well-being of our staff.
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements for the role.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and any other relevant information.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to support the growth and development of our employees.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster. Our Recruitment Officer will be responsible for recruiting and supporting these individuals, as well as providing mentorship programs to help them integrate into our team.

Hours: 35 hours per week
