Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a customer-first approach to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Supervise and direct team members to ensure efficient and effective operations during their scheduled shift
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures and maintain a secure store environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and implement operational improvements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Current certification in approved food safety training (e.g. ServeSafe) an asset
