About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on facilities, assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks. Physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 44 hours per week.
