District Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple Spirit Halloween stores. This role involves managing sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrinkage across an average of 3 stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, payroll, and employee relations
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales associates
- Control expenses and maintain store appearance
- Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize shrinkage
- Collaborate with district leadership to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
