h2>Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Manage, guide, and lead the sales team to maximize their potential and meet performance targets.
  3. Market Analysis and Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and organize training programs for the sales team.

h2>Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).
  2. Experience: Extensive sales and management experience.
  3. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in Urdu and Punjabi.
