CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Coordinator to join our team in Banff, Alberta. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe transportation of our guests to and from our heli-skiing and summer adventure destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of guests to and from our heli-skiing and summer adventure destinations
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our transportation fleet
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our transportation team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of transportation activities
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as tourism or hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a transportation or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
