Transfer Coordinator Job Summary

A Transfer Coordinator at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe transportation of guests from key meeting points to CMH staging areas. This seasonal/casual position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete trip reports, activity program forms, and safety requirements.
  • Circulate digital guest feedback surveys.
  • Communicate transportation updates with the lodge and department manager.
  • Act on guest requests and inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in tourism, preferred.
  • Experience as a tour guide or group leader, or equivalent experience in the service industry.

Working Conditions:
  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment on a constant basis.
