About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager Assistant to join our team at Canada Inc. This is a key role that will support the management of our operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Co-ordination: Schedule work for staff members, co-ordinate and monitor their activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Customer Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact in emergency situations, handling crises and resolving issues promptly
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
Supervision and Teamwork

The Operations Manager Assistant will supervise 1 to 2 people, working closely with them to achieve team goals and objectives.

Work Environment and Requirements

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting deadlines under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and flexible.

Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
