Service Manager

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service department at our Estevan Peterbilt location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer repair estimates are sent in a timely manner, providing high-level customer service and communication, and managing repair timelines and updates.
The Service Manager will also be responsible for coaching, guiding, and mentoring technicians, managing technician efficiency, and ensuring customer requests and resolutions are a high priority.
Additionally, the Service Manager will be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work environment, communicating effectively with customers, teammates, and other branch personnel, and establishing and maintaining an on-call field schedule.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Previous mechanical experience in a transportation environment is an asset, as is certification as a Journeyman in the truck and transport trade or equivalent designated trade.
Familiarity with Peterbilt and competitive products is preferred, as is a forklift license.
