About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of lending products across various channels, including retail, commercial, and indirect lending. This role requires a deep understanding of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of lending products.
  • Work closely with retail, commercial, and indirect lending teams to ensure seamless product distribution across channels.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform product development and distribution strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on product distribution, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lending, product management, or a related field, with a focus on product distribution and development.
  • Significant experience leading others through change.
  • Comfort making decisions with limited data and defending approaches in front of senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and services, in particular multi-family residential lending, and construction loans.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $140,000 and $155,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience that the chosen candidate possess.
