Job Title: Telecommute Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommute Lead Product Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing products spanning across multiple business units to design and influence a roadmap that supports meeting the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert business requirements into functional requirements (epics, features, user stories) and collaborate with engineering and architecture to refine the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders and elaborate the product strategy that encompasses the technical assets/enablers and business value/expected revenue.
  • Manage communication, expectations, reporting, and meetings across all levels of the business.
  • Determine release goals for the solution and prioritize assigned features according to business and solution value, adjusting throughout implementation, launch and maturation as needed.
  • Prepare launches and monitor platform performances, adoption, and operational health for features.
  • Own and manage product documentation; Strong technical analysis skills to drive complex application designs and documentation (Functional/Technical/Interface Specifications/User Stories).
  • Experience with agile & waterfall development methodologies.
  • Experience working with highly technical products in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional Data Science, Development teams, and the core product business teams.
  • Possess a deep understanding of technology and can hold their own in highly technical conversations across various stakeholder groups.
  • Improve team processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical analysis skills to drive complex application designs and documentation.
  • Experience with agile & waterfall development methodologies.
