Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at AV Homes Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on the construction site
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills
