Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead individuals
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required
