About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk and Reporting Manager to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operational risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial industry experience, with a focus on operational risk management. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Providing risk reporting and analysis to senior management;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of risk management activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration;
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management in the financial industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
