  • Managing client onboarding, including preparing paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Maintaining up-to-date client files, records, and databases for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinating and assisting with special projects as assigned

To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of various investment types and investment accounts. Working in person full-time is also a requirement. As part of our dynamic and high-performing team within the downtown financial district, you will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a rapidly evolving industry.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, reflecting the market rate for similar roles in Toronto. This figure takes into account the company's reputation, the job's requirements, and the city's cost of living.
