About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advisor's Associate to join our dynamic team. As a full-time on-site role, this position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of wealth management principles, and proficiency in managing investment accounts. Ideal candidates are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Advisor teams, addressing client inquiries and responding promptly to requests.
- Manage client onboarding, including preparing necessary paperwork, setting up accounts, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources for consistency and accuracy.
- Follow up and report on missing documentation or information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned by senior staff.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of various investment types and investment accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
