We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional guest services while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating complaints and claims, registering arriving guests, and processing departures. They will also provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs. Additionally, the Hotel Night Auditor will balance cash, complete balance sheets, and follow emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate complaints and claims in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including points of interest in the area.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest safety.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Windows.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a dynamic environment with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include group insurance and a permanent work term with 40 hours per week. Please note that the estimated salary is based on industry standards and may vary depending on location.
