Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week with English language requirements. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the resort's high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately process guest payments, reconcile cash and complete balance sheets, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Guest Registration: Efficiently register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, including handling room assignments, amenities, and special requests.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset, but not required.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting may be required.
