Accommodation Services Coordinator


At Sparkling Hill Resort, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accommodation Services Coordinator to join our night reception team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk services, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in processes
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a fair and professional manner
  • Process group arrivals and departures, and provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area, enhancing the guest experience
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest safety and well-being
  • Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Answer telephone and relay messages, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Windows, and ability to learn new systems and software
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service
