We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field, and 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic initiatives in a global procurement environment.

- Proven ability to drive change and transformation within the procurement function and across the organization.

- Proficiency in procurement systems and technologies, with the ability to support the implementation and optimization of P2P systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze procurement performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
