Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salad Bar Department Manager to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the Salad Bar department, providing customers with the best quality products, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise all Salad Bar staff to secure efficient and courteous customer service.
- Respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
- Order, receive, inventory, and display merchandise.
- Hire part-time staff and train new employees.
- Schedule all Salad Bar clerks ensuring strict control of wage costs.
- Interpret and administer company policy and ensure compliance with the union contract.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, night shifts, and weekends.
- Prior management experience is a definite asset.
