Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food and beverages to order, following proper food safety and handling procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and initiative.
