About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food service area and surrounding areas
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operation of the food service area
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food and beverage supplies
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Sanitation and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the food service area and surrounding areas
    • Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
