Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-quality Italian-made IEC metric motors, flameproof motors, coolant pumps, and a metric line of gearboxes to distribution centers, motor shops, and PT houses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to technical questions from customers
  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Provide technical and customer support as needed
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of inside sales/customer service experience
  • An electrical/mechanical engineering background is an asset
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and online screen sharing
