About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Inside Sales professional to join our team at Just Sales Jobs. As a Technical Inside Sales, you will be responsible for selling high-quality Italian-made IEC metric motors, flameproof motors, coolant pumps, and metric gearboxes to distribution centers, motor shops, and PT houses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, answer questions, make suggestions, provide quotes, process orders, and provide technical/customer support as needed.
  • Collaborate and liaise with factories and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of inside sales/customer service experience.
  • An electrical/mechanical engineering background is an asset.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and online screen sharing.
