Job Description

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to work in a versatile and varied role that allows you to live your ambitions and have a positive impact on your own life as well as the lives of your clients and colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs, providing them with the support they need to manage their finances effectively.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex, providing them with tailored solutions and advice.
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, providing them with access to a wide range of expertise and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • A positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • An interest in technology and the ability to share knowledge.
  • The ability to adapt to different situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
Languages

French is the primary language used in this role, and proficiency in both French and English is an asset.
