About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Financial Service Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and email interactions, providing exceptional sales experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Product Education: Educate and empower customers to make informed financial decisions, helping them build their credit and achieve their financial objectives.
  • Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to determine the suitability of our financial products for customers.
  • Account Management: Manage collections activities for past-due accounts, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delinquencies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency in all interactions.
