As a part-time Financial Services Associate, your primary duties will include driving sales and overseeing overdue accounts through direct customer interactions, aiding them in establishing their credit through manageable monthly payments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating exceptional customer sales experiences by engaging with clients in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Exhibiting compassion and understanding for our clients by assessing their circumstances and aligning them with appropriate financial solutions.
  • Informing and empowering clients to reach their financial objectives through credit building.
  • Leveraging financial cross-sales and supplementary products.
  • Clearly communicating the terms and conditions of our financial offerings.
  • Assessing potential loans through financial evaluations and risk assessments.
  • Overseeing collection activities for all overdue financial accounts.
  • Gathering all necessary information to process customer applications for products and services with meticulous attention to detail.

  • A strong communicator who is focused on both people and results, aiming to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and operates with integrity in every transaction – genuinely cares for our clients.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Capable of passing background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
