Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Financial Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Superior Customer Sales Experiences
    • Welcome and engage customers in person, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
    • Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers, understanding their situation and needs, and matching them to a suitable financial product.
  • Educate and Empower Customers
    • Provide education and guidance to customers on our financial products and services, empowering them to achieve their financial goals.
    • Help customers build their credit through monthly payments, promoting financial stability and growth.
  • Manage Collections and Sales
    • Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Capitalise on financial cross-sales and add-on products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products clearly and transparently.
    • Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
