Job Title: Revenue Operations Strategist

At Directive, we're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Operations line of business, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor for marketing operations processes for B2B Tech and SaaS clients
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to grow our business with clients in the Marketing Operations line of business and other lines of business
  • Stay up to speed on best practices in the Marketing Operations world, including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies, and more
  • Develop deep relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations to ensure contract renewals
  • Direct communication with clients via email, Slack, and Zoom
  • Become an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools to make informed recommendations to clients
  • Owning tasks and milestones within client projects and seeing them through to fruition
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Hubspot, Pardot, and/or Marketo expertise and the ability to own multiple instances for our clients
  • Understanding of how to optimize marketing operations processes that lead to revenue growth for our clients
  • Data-driven marketer with experience curating and optimizing data, building reports and dashboards, and analyzing what's working and what's not
  • Ability to communicate with clients directly, often with a Director or above level
  • Desire to learn and grow in your career
  • Agency experience and experience working directly with clients
What Success Looks Like:
  • The Director of Marketing Operations can assign you with a book of clients to manage and give you autonomy and authority to manage client goals and relationships
  • Our clients stay with us longer and leave more positive feedback in our Net Promoter Score surveys
  • You're able to grow the revenue of your existing clients, and we need to hire someone to support you with your clients
  • Mentoring other new hires as they join the team
