Job Description

As a Senior Financial Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that meet the financial needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications and platforms are scalable, secure, and meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Lead system implementations and integrations, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and patches of the system, ensuring it remains up-to-date and secure.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the financial domain, leveraging financial platform tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the application system, implementing data governance best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and architecting IT solutions.
  • Experience in working in Agile/scrum environments in the IT sector and financial services.
  • Hands-on experience on developing front-end applications.
  • Good communicator in speech and writing.
  • Able to coach Agile Engineers.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Lending / Lease.
  • Experience in Project Management Methodologies.
  • Experience in Software Development Methodologies.
