Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and technical requirements.
  • Design and implement robust and scalable IT solutions that meet our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to drive business value.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of our technical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT technical architecture roles in global organizations.
  • Strong background in architecture, design, development, management, and control processes.
  • Expert technology knowledge in the financial sector, including large financial institutions, financial arms of insurance companies, and credit bureaus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment.
