Job Summary

The Universal Radio Network Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our human resources function and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the HR function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational development initiatives that drive business results.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
