Job Summary

The OMNI Department Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs. This involves contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca, working closely with OMNI Associates to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement training programs for OMNI Associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  2. Complete Back Office Setup, including reviewing Future Grocery Order Summaries, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Reports, and confirming daily orders.
  3. Monitor email and AMP+ for action items and complete tasks accordingly.
  4. Perform daily picks and post-pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, tote cleaning, and maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards.
  5. Lead by example, greeting customers politely and assisting with product promotions, merchandise location, and purchase decisions.
