Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations;
  • Proven track record in providing strategic HR support and partnering with senior management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex HR challenges;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
